Vivos
is a private network of survival shelters
accessible only to its co-owners. To be
considered as a co-owner, you must first become a
member of Vivos. The
Vivos Selection Committee evaluates each
member applicant's profile for determination and
candidacy of their
membership. Vivos
then looks for those individuals who may best
contribute to each Vivos shelter community, for
the greatest chance of long-term survival of the
entire group. Each candidate
is
reviewed based
upon a number of criteria and psychographic
information, including: their profession,
education, expertise, skills, benefit to the Vivos
community, proximity to a Vivos location, current
health, desired family or group ownership, and any
criminal record.
As Vivos members are selected as co-ownership
candidates, they are extended an invitation
to purchase an interest in a
specific Vivos shelter closest to their home
area. Those selected candidates are then provided
a Vivos reservation agreement to reserve their
space. Once a critical mass of
reservations is received for each Vivos shelter,
a purchase agreement is provided to each member
holding a reservation. Members then proceed to
purchase their co-ownership interest, escrow is
opened, construction and turnkey outfitting of
their shelter is completed, escrow closes, and
each owner is provided their co-ownership
interest for their respective shelter.
Each co-ownership interest is currently priced
at:$50,000 per adult
/
$25,000 per
child
under 16
or years of
age. Pets are
free
subject to the Vivos
pet policy.
Membership in Vivos is free to selected candidates who will receive ongoing information on Vivos, 2012, and more. Membership does not provide ownership, or assure any right of a participating interest in a Vivos shelter.
Discrimination of any sort will not be
tolerated, including that based on age, race,
gender, ethnicity, religion, disability,
national origin or sexual orientation, nor
shall any such fact be a means of membership
disqualification. It is Vivos intent to select
the most diverse ownership population from its
membership group for each shelter, assuring
the broadest set of skills and abilities, to
better assure the long-term survival of each
Vivos community.
Discounted price is per child, currently 16 years or age or younger,
with at least one accompanying parent or
guardian co-owner purchase for each discounted child interest.
Due to the cohabitation of owners, a rigorous
screening process is necessary, however,
discrimination
of any sort will not be allowed.
