Vivos xPoint is an
epic humanitarian project the size of a
city This
irreplaceable, former U.S. Army base,
consisting of 575
private military-built, concrete and
steel, all-risk bunkers, is now
repurposed and affordably
priced - ready to provide life-saving shelter
for your entire family or
group.

Massive completely off-grid
former military complex |
|
|
Vivos xPoint is located near the Black
Hills area of South Dakota, just south of
the City of Edgemont. The Black Hills Army
Base was originally built by the Army
Corps of Engineers as a fortress to store
bombs and munitions, from 1942 to 1967,
when the base was completely retired.
The
Army then sold the property to the City of
Edgemont, which in turn sold it to local
cattle ranchers. Since 1967 the bunkers sat empty until Vivos
purchased the property and repurposed them.

This former Army Munitions Depot, with 575
hardened concrete military bunkers is the largest
survival shelter community on Earth, with
accommodations for more than 5,000
like-minded survivalists to ride out 'the
event' and the aftermath to follow.
The Vivos security team can spot anyone
approaching the property from 3 miles
away with just one road in and out.
Private. Defensible.

There are over 575 bunkers arranged
along 100 miles of
private roads providing access to
each of the bunkers, strategically aligned
in countless rows and sections for as far
as the eye can see.
The layout provides security, protection
and privacy to each bunker.
Extensively graded for drainage, across the gently sloping grasslands
of South Dakota. |

Nearly 2,200 square feet of underground floor area |
|
|
Each bunker provides enough floor area,
with attic potential, to comfortably
accommodate 10 to 24 people and their
needed supplies, for a year or more, of
autonomous shelterization without needing
to emerge outside.
The compressive eliptical shaped concrete bunker includes a
massive front bulkhead wall, with a
solid concrete and steel blast door
entrance.
Approximately
2,200 square feet of interior floor space. |

Designed to withstand virtually
everything |
|
|
 |
|
Each bunker is buried and protected
under thick berms of soil, reportedly designed and
built by the Army to withstand a
significant blast wave, while being
strategically separated from the next
bunker by 400 feet in all
directions.
This eliptical shape mitigates a
surface blast wave, as well as radioactive
fallout due to the thickness of the overburden of soil and
concrete. |

Planned Community Amenities |
|
|
As the Vivos xPoint community grows, so
will the amenities, providing comfort,
convenience, support, training,
entertainment and security. Each
of these amenity bunkers will be
developed as the community develops
and time permits. |

All bunkers feature a
standard 26.5’ interior floor width, with
lengths of 60’ and 80’, each with a 12.5’ high ceiling to the top of the
interior arch. Protection is
mitigated for virtually all known threats
as each bunker includes a massive existing
concrete and steel (4’ x 8’) blast door,
that seals to stop
any water, air or gas permeation; air
and exhaust ventilation shafts, and a
secondary emergency exit.

Outfit Your Bunker To Fit Your Budget |
|
|
Many people can afford the purchase of a Vivos xPoint bunker but are
concerned about the cost of outfitting it.
Everyone has different tastes and budgets.
You can spend as much as $110,000 for a
fully built out bunker matching our
showroom unit, or as little as a few
thousand dollars gradually over time. In
the latter case you can create a very chic
bunker on a barebones budget.
It
begins with your understanding that this
is a bunker, not a home. Things do not
have to be built out like our showroom
bunker, just comfortable enough for you
and your family to ride out and survive
the events occurring outside. Think
of it like your preparing for a long
camping trip, al beit under a concrete and
steel structure that will protect you from
everything outside.
Start
with the basics, then keep adding as you
can afford to. This can be a great
experience,
especially when you recruit the help of
your family and friends. We
call it ‘Bunker Glamping’! Your cost
of a completed outfitting can be as low as
$10,000.
